JERSEY<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Each player will be given a Surrey Rebels jersey to borrow and wear during the current box lacrosse season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • A Jersey Deposit Cheque must be submitted to the Team Manager for the use of the jersey:\n
      \n
    • Made out to: Surrey Lacrosse Association<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Amount: $100<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Post Dated: August 1, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Notes: please list your player\u2019s full name and jersey number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • The player will be able to borrow the jersey they are given for the season once the Jersey Deposit Cheque has been received by the Team Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Your Jersey Deposit Cheque will be given back to you or shredded at the end of the season once the jersey has been returned back to the Team Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          SURREY REBELS SHORTS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          All players must have a pair of (the most recent style) Surrey Rebels shorts, as they are a part of our Surrey Rebels uniform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • U7 & U9 (coed & female)<\/strong>: shorts are included in your registration fee.\n
              \n
            • Each player in our U7 & U9 (coed & female) divisions will receive a pair of Surrey Rebels shorts. These will be handed out to players, once teams have been established, by the team\u2019s Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • U11 – U22 (youth & female)<\/strong>: If you would like a pair of Surrey Rebels shorts, they can be purchased for a fee of $25.\n
                  \n
                • Once teams have been established, the team\u2019s Manager will take orders, collect payment, and place one team order with the SLA Equipment Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n\n\n\n
                  TEAM FEES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                  There will be additional team fees during the season. Once teams have been established, there will be a team meeting to determine your team\u2019s fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Team fees may\/will include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Tournaments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Swag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Coaching staff season end gifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Miscellaneous items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    EVALUATION FEES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                    If there are multiple teams in any one division, there may be an additional tryout fee for higher level of play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Teams will be notified if there will be evaluations with the details as well as how to submit payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
