Additional Registration Information

Due to the size of our Association, releasing of players to another association may occur if we do not have enough players to form teams. The SLA Executive and coaches will keep players/parents informed of these decisions.

Tots Program

Calling all 3 and 4 year olds!

Our Surrey Rebels TOTS Lacrosse registration is NOW OPEN to all children who were born in 2020 and 2021.

Tots Lacrosse is a fun way to get the younger kids active and holding a lacrosse stick. Coaches will direct these players to try skills and techniques to help them learn the game of lacrosse but a focus on fun is the first priority. Mostly these sessions are to gain comfort amongst these young future athletes by putting on helmets and running around others playing the best game on earth.

Your registration fee includes:

  • A minimum of 9 x 45 minute sessions between April 14th and June 16th, 2024
  • Free Surrey Rebels TOTS T-shirt
  • Official “Team” Memory Mate Picture package
  • FUN!!! Lots of FUN!

Sessions will be indoors at the North Surrey Sports & Ice Complex Sunday mornings.

Participants will need:

  • Hockey helmet with cage
  • Gloves (lacrosse or hockey)
  • Entry Level Lacrosse Stick (you may purchase a quality entry level Under Armour Lacrosse stick through the Surrey Lacrosse Association with registration for an additional $50.00 fee, including tax)
  • All other equipment is optional, as there is no contact

Team fees may be extra so they may have a wrap up party at the end of the season.

CCMI Baseline Testing

All Surrey Lacrosse players in our U13 – U22 (youth & female) divisions are required to have completed a full comprehensive baseline test though any Complete Concussion Management clinic prior to the season beginning. Baseline tests are valid for 1 full calendar year.

Players are welcome to go to any CCMI clinic of their choosing to have the baseline test conducted, however, Surrey Lacrosse has partnered with Rebound Sport & Spine and they are offering us a discounted group rate on baseline tests.

More information and booking information will be emailed by email to our U13 – U22 (youth & female) players when it becomes available.
